Cancellation Policy

I) Cancellation of attendance to a workshop by a member

With no exceptions, whether due to a personal schedule conflict or any other reason including medical emergencies, a member canceling attendance to a workshop must inform Nikonians Academy USA and may opt for a transfer of his or her reservation to a later workshop, or request a refund. If the notice or request is made at least 15 days in advance, requests for a refund or move will be honored in full minus a $30 USD administrative and re-booking charge per order. If the notice for cancellation is received 14 calendar days or less, before the date of the workshop; there cannot be no refund or transfer to a later date workshop since funds will be by then fully committed.

Note: All of the above refers to one-day classes. Due to their different nature, field trips may have special clauses pertaining penalties for cancellations and different time terms.


II) Cancellation of workshop by Nikonians Academy

In the unlikely event that there are less than 6 seats booked for a class session, out of the 10-15 available, Nikonians Academy reserves the right to cancel that workshop. In this case, all participants who have previously paid for such workshop will be either given a voucher for a future workshop or refunded in full at their option.
